PMNY traveled to Boston, Massachusetts, to capture the compelling love story of Saleha and Jamaal. They began their steps toward married life with their Mehndi at their venue in Watertown.
At the same venue the next day, Saleha shined as she was carried in by palanquin. An eager Jamaal took her hand, and the couple stood alongside each other, making their poignant first debut as husband and wife.
But, it wasn't long before the bride's side of the family stole Jamaal's shoes to barter for payment from the groom's side. In an act of impromptu hilarity, the friends of the groom literally picked up Jamaal and set up an opposing seat. They then hosted a gameshow-style challenge where the bride's side tested their luck by selecting boxes that contained an unknown prize that would be traded for the shoes.
To close up the festivities, friends and family gathered at the Great Hall in Union Station. On behalf of the PMNY team, we wish you a cheerful and successful life together. Congratulations to Saleha and Jamaal!
